Our customers are very valuable to us and we are open to questions about products, claims, service or refunds.

Claims

If your product is under warranty period, which means 24 months from purchasing, and it doesn’t work as it should, please send it with the problem description, your details and a proof of purchase to:

We solve almost all problems by repairing the products on our specialized service department. Usually all is done on the day we receive the package, but to guarantee the problem will not occur again, sometimes the product is placed for testing and the whole process might take longer.

You can always call +420 491 470 444 or write an e-mail to servis@vlahova.cz to be updated about your claim. We are available from Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.
